These are the official Guidelines and rulesets laid out for SootLyfe’s Giveaways.

All entrants, candidates, team members, and others must follow our rules and guidelines.


All Federal, State, and Local laws apply to all giveaways.

1.How to Enter

Entry Guidelines

There are simple guidelines on how to enter. These are stated below. 

  • You must be 18 years of legal age or older.
  • You must live in the 48 contiguous United States, excluding AK and HI. All other Regions/States/Countries not listed are void if stated by U.S. governing law.
  • The giveaway is only valid in the United States.
  • All and any federal, state, and local laws apply.

Entries

There are two ways to enter our giveaway.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter our giveaway. To enter without a purchase, You must put your Full legal name, Mailing Address, Telephone number, Email-Address, Date of birth, on a 3”x5” piece of paper, mailed in a regular-sized envelope to P.O. Box 321071 Fairfield CT, 06825. You may not send multiple pieces of paper in one envelope. To send multiple entries, you must send multiple envelopes at different mailing periods, each containing one piece of paper with the contents explained prior.
  • Every $1.00 spent in an order is considered one entry. Excluding Gift card Purchases.

Qualified Entry

  • All qualified entry guidelines are listed under the first section, “1. How to Enter” category

Official Picking of Winner

  • All entries will be placed in a non-biased, randomized virtual decision wheel. 
  • All amounts of entries by the entrant will be placed in the wheel. E.g. Defined by, if an entrant has 25 qualified entries, 25 slots of the entrant’s registered profile will be entered in the randomized virtual wheel. An entrant’s registered profile is defined by the official entered Full legal name, mailing address, Date of birth, Telephone Number, and email address.

Re-rolling

  • An official re-rolling of the original picked winner(s) is defined by, if an initially picked winner does not reply, acknowledging that they have won by the stated deadline in the giveaway rulesets. This allows SootLyfe, Team Members, Volunteers, Employees, and Staff to reroll another winner using the randomized virtual decision wheel.

Beginning of the Giveaway

  • A start date and time in the Eastern Timezone will be listed on the website, social media, and any other platforms of the Team Member’s choice. One of the listed above must be used.
  • Once the giveaway has started, any entrants that enter on or after the designated start time will have qualified entry(s).

Termination of the Giveaway

  • An end date and time in the Eastern Timezone will be listed on the website, social media, and any other platforms of the Team Member’s choice. One of the listed above must be used.
  • Once the giveaway has terminated, any entrants that enter on or before the designated end time will have qualified entry(s).

Declared Approved Regions/States/Countries

  • 48 contiguous United States, excluding AK and HI, qualify and are declared approved Regions/States/Countries. All other Regions/States/Countries not listed are void if stated by U.S. governing law.

3.Official Guidelines Met

Broadcast of Giveaway on Social Media/Platforms

  • An official post/publication from the verified SootLyfe social media platforms and other platforms of the giveaway.

Announcement of Winners on all Platforms

  • An official post/publication from the verified SootLyfe social media platforms and other platforms of the giveaway Winners, After the end date/time of the giveaway.

Announcement of Giveaway announcement/Ruleset, Start/End Date/Time in ET

  • An official post/publication from the verified SootLyfe social media platforms and other platforms of the giveaway announcement/Ruleset, Start/End Date/Time in Eastern Standard Timezone.

 

Product/Service Affiliation

  • Any product(s) or service(s) that is given away from SootLyfe, have no affiliation with the product's owning company and SootLyfe. Any product(s) or service(s) purchased for a SootLyfe giveaway are not provided by the product(s) or service(s) owning company unless stated otherwise.

4.Promotional Period of Giveaway

Postings/Publication/Promotion of the Giveaway

  • Throughout the Giveaway, many postings/publications/promotional videos, and media will be released to publicize and gain much attraction to the giveaway for the betterment of SootLyfe and its operations.
  • Promotional videos, postings, and media must be sent out attractively, resulting in attraction from the customer set and target audience.

5.Notice of Winning

Official Notice of Winning

  • A direct message on Instagram and/or email will be sent to the winner(s) in the result of a winning result from the randomized virtual decision wheel.
  • Upon the notice of winning, you must reply and show the acknowledgment that the defined team member of SootLyfe receives. No response or acknowledgment within the original date/time of set guidelines met will result in a re-rolling. Further insight can be found in section two, “#2 Official Rules”, titled “Re-Rolling.”
